broadcast on KFWB NEWS TALK 980 AM, but for over 8 months now I’ve been
sharing advice on how to put your best foot forward to find the love of
your life. My top-rated relationship show is called The Rules
of Engagement and each week I talk about the dos and don’ts of
dating from the lessons learned from 40,000 dates we have on record with
Kelleher!
This week I was working on an upcoming show with my producer,
and I realized that I just couldn’t wait until air-time to share with
you, my extended Kelleher “family” what we will be talking about.
The program is More Needles, Fewer Haystacks!
and the plan is for me to reveal some details of key ingredients in the
Kelleher International “secret sauce”; specifically, how we so
consistently find all the great people we have in the Kelleher network,
and more importantly, “The One” for our clients.

and opportunistic tactics to make the magic happen.
We are first and foremost a personal search firm. The deliberate
tactics are the things we do every week of every month of every year to
identify fantastic individuals who have the potential to be great
matches. We start with our massive, worldwide advertising campaigns that
we run in everything from luxury publications to Ivy League alumni
magazines in order to be in front of the right kind of person. Second,
we have a formalized Scouting Program, through which we are in constant
contact with the influencers and connectors in all the major cities
where we operate. Third, we systematically scour upscale online dating
services and social sites, vetting for truly extraordinary individuals
who are the exception, lost in the overwhelming haystack of average.

On the opportunistic front, everyone at
Kelleher International is armed with calling cards and the “No Stone
Unturned” mission. Just like in your life, you never know where you
will find love, and Kelleher is about “opening doors to new
relationships”, so when we happen to run into the right person we try to
engage
them as a client or a PM (Participating Member). Is it a good
idea to hand out one of my cards at a Starbucks in Manhattan? It sure
is, if it's at 40th and 6th and it's Fashion Week. Is it a good idea to
approach a prospect in a hotel lounge where we have just finished an
interview? We believe so, if she’s the long legged beauty who’s caught
the eye of every patron in the room. Should we be handing out cards
during teatime at the Beverly Hilton later this month? You betcha,
because that’s when the Milken Conference comes to town, and there are
sure to be at least four Nobel laureates in the room.
